Alper Selim KILICOGLU was graduated in 1994 from Istanbul University Law School and after completing his internship in 1996 was registered with the Istanbul Bar Association.

He worked at Interbank Legal Advisory Department between 1997-1999 as Legal Advisor followed again by Legal Advisor position at Denizbank this time until 2002 where his field of focus was collection and restructuring of debts and banking and bankruptcy / execution law related issues.To diversify and progress his field of experiences he joined Herguner Bilgen Ozeke in 2002 and continued with this top tier law firm until 2014.

In 2014 he decided to establish his own law office and started to work independently. Alper Selim KILICOGLU is also a Trademark and Patent Representative and has English Language Proficiency Certificate from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.

Alper is a member of Istanbul University Law School Graduates Association and founding member of International Legal Association (ILI). He speaks fluent English.
